BHANGJEERA KI CHUTNEY
Pahari Bhangjeera grinded with spicy chillies and flavoured with Shahijeera
Ingredients
- Bhangjeera - 200 gms
- Lemon - 1 no
- Green chillies - 10 gms
- Salt to taste
- Garlic - 5-7 flakes
- Shahijeera (roasted)- 10 gms
Preparation
- Roast Bhangjeera till it crackles.
- Grind it with green chillies, garlic flakes and roasted sahjeera.
- Add salt and lemon according to taste.
